In a refreshing change the 2nd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals dismissed the case against Beretta from the City of New York.

The court, which convenes in New York City, shot down the longtime liberal dream of achieving gun control by suing gun manufacturers for crimes committed by firearms.

i think its time to put new york on a plane ,what the hell, put nj and philly on it too, send them out to cali, and drop the bomb.

We need to have the NRA give a big press conference on live television and get the Men In Black to let us use there little mind eraser pen. let them know we need these guns. Wouldn't that be somthing just imagine Hillary Clinton walking up to a podium in Cali. for a speech, and starts to back the 2nd amendment. All these people are rich and bored and have nothing better to do then attack the laws in which our great country were founded on. Next I suppose we will invite Iran over to the White House for tea and crackers. Think before you VOTE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! At least this time we have a victory!
